• Overview of the client's current Maximo^® implementation.
• Outline of the upgrade project.
• Budgetary estimates of upgrade time scale and costs.

A one-day session with administrators and key users led by one of our experienced consultants, discussing the following: Maximo^® architecture, functionality, comparison between current and new versions, and client-specific issues

The findings of the investigation will include an outline of modules in use and an outline of system changes. It will also cover other relevant installation-specific issues such as data, existing interfaces, additional Maximo^® products and add-ons.

We document these findings to provide a detailed report which will include a breakdown of tasks, estimate of effort, time-scales and costs

Our consultant will present this report to your project management team and any other key stakeholders you wish to involve. We will explain the report findings, discuss its implications with you and raise any specific issues relating to your company.
