Using best industry practices and previously agreed standards and technologies (documentation, release managament, issue management, expenditure reporting...), CDL programmers will deliver the specified functionality on time and on budget. Development process is fully transparent for our client's representatives: they can contact developers directly to inform them of any changes, get progress reports, discuss issues and potential problems. On the other hand, our developers will instantly inform the client about any issues which may slow down the development or obstruct the original plan and estimate.
Being in the business for this many years means that we have often faced technology changes and challenges related to software migration. Large systems require careful upgrade planning and execution, sensitive to ongoing production process and a whole range of technology issues. When required, CDL organises both standard Training courses (based on the software manufacturer's training materials), as well as some unique courses dedicated to expert programmers and developers for a specific solution/platform. Over the years, our specialty have become customised on-site training sessions for end client's IT staff, where we focus on problems and issues that might appear in their particular environment. Another new concept introduced by CDL is a coached in-house development, where our consultants assist in-house teams customise certain software modules on their own, or develop some new funcionality required by their business process.

Additionally, if your regular support desk does not possess enough resources or flexibility to deal with customer-specific features, consider using CDL support teams as an alternative. We offer both primary support desk facilities, and the advanced "2nd level" support provided directly by our senior developers and consultants. Our clients find this very convenient, as the issues get resolved quickly, without the involvement of their internal staff.
Dealing with complex software solutions requires extensive reporting skills. We have mastered reporting tasks on several popular reporting platorms, such as SQR, Crystal Reports and Actuate. From report specification (which we consider one of the most important tasks of the implementation process), for which we developed our own workflow and templates, to actual report design and maintenance, we are equipped to bring out the real value of complex software solutions.
